Terms & Conditions

These terms set out the basis on which Pintar Studio provides its services and website. Please read them before engaging with us.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pintar Studio website at pintarsta.cyou and any services we provide. By visiting our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

Pintar Studio is a small business services firm based in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. We provide AI integration support, workflow improvement, and reporting services to small businesses. Our registered address is Jalan Tun Jugah 56, 93350 Kuching, Sarawak.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable Malaysian laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain access to systems or data you are not authorised to access
  • Introduce harmful software, malware, or disruptive material
  • Reproduce or republish our content without prior written permission
  • Use the site to transmit unsolicited communications

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website at any time without notice, where we consider it appropriate.

3. Our Services

Pintar Studio offers three core services to small businesses:

  • Chat Helper for Your Shop — AI-assisted customer query handling for websites or messaging platforms
  • Workflow Lightening Support — Routine task mapping and AI tool introduction to reduce operational load
  • At-a-Glance Reports Setup — Data organisation and dashboard creation for clearer business visibility

Specific service terms, timelines, and deliverables are agreed separately with each client before work begins. The pricing listed on our website is indicative and may be adjusted based on project scope.

4. Enquiries and Engagements

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form does not constitute a binding contract. A formal engagement begins only when both parties have agreed in writing — typically by exchanging a proposal and confirmation by email. We will make reasonable effort to respond to enquiries within two business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, structure, design, and graphics — is the property of Pintar Studio or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written consent.

Where we create materials specifically for your project, ownership and usage rights will be agreed in your service arrangement. Materials and tools we have developed independently remain our property.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us about your business with care and discretion. We will not disclose it to third parties without your agreement, except where required by law or where necessary to deliver the services you have engaged us for (for example, working with a software platform on your behalf).

7. Payment

Payment terms for each project are agreed before work commences. Unless otherwise stated:

  • An upfront deposit may be required before project work begins
  • The remaining balance is due on or before the agreed completion date
  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

We reserve the right to pause or discontinue work where payment obligations are not met on agreed terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Pintar Studio's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of revenue, customers, or business opportunities
  • Outcomes arising from how you use or implement our deliverables
  • Third-party platform behaviour beyond our reasonable control

We aim to deliver quality work, and we will discuss any concerns you have. However, no AI-assisted tool or process can be expected to perform without occasional limitation.

9. Cancellation

Either party may request to end a project engagement with reasonable written notice. Where work has already been completed, payment for that portion remains due. Deposits are generally non-refundable once project preparation has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
